FPA provided civil engineering design services to subdivide an approximately 56-acre tract into 21 buildable lots and two stormwater management detention facilities.  The property is a wooded tract bounded on the east by State Route 18 with limited access to the local municipal street and freshwater wetlands bisecting the land at its most northerly extension.  Services provided include topographic and boundary surveys, planning design, existing preliminary soils investigations for individual subsurface disposal system design, and stormwater management design.  The layout and design of the grading for the site maximizes the potential yield while minimizing earthwork operations.  This approach limited disturbance of the natural buffer between the highway and the residential lots.
