The project consists of a new 7,400+ sq. ft. concrete plant in Tinton Falls, NJ. This includes a pre-engineered enclosure around the equipment, the conveyors, concrete bins, and concrete retaining walls for storage and handling of concrete materials. The project also includes 1,400 sq. ft. recycling building and a 4,000 sq. ft. garage located nearby on a separate lot. The garage will include 3-bays for equipment maintenance and a small office with a rest room and janitor’s closet.
The structural engineering services include the coordination and design of the foundations for the concrete plant equipment, conveyors, and the pre-engineered enclosure and recycling building. Structural engineering services also include the structural design of concrete retaining walls and concrete bins, including the design of the approximately 4,000 sq. ft. maintenance building including foundations, masonry walls and roof structure.
MEP Engineering services include HVAC, electrical design for incoming services and distribution through motor control center. Lighting design and short circuit fault study.
