HVAC DESIGNER/ENGINEER/PLUMBING ENGINEER & ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

Electrical Engineer

We are seeking an individual with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering,  a self starter with 3-5 years experience designing and specifying electrical systems for substations, AC & DC power distribution, high voltage & short circuit studies, grounding & lightning protection, lighting, security systems, life safety & fire alarm, calculations, and specifications for the infrastructure, commercial and education sectors.   Proficiency in AutoCAD, MEP & REVIT, or other computer-related drafting software is also required. Previous experience in performing surveys of existing building electrical systems is required.

We are seeking an individual with Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, a self starter with 2-4 years experience designing and specifying building HVAC systems.  Responsibilities include layout of duct work, piping, unit selection, calculations, and specifications for the commercial and education sectors.  Thorough knowledge of applicable codes required. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MEP & REVIT, or other computer-related drafting software is also required. Previous experience in performing surveys of existing building mechanical systems is desired.

Plumbing Designer/Engineer

We are seeking an individual with Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, a self starter with 5+ years experience designing and specifying building plumbing systems including equipment selection, calculations, and specifications for the commercial and education sectors.  Thorough knowledge of applicable codes required. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MEP & REVIT, or other computer-related drafting software is also required. Previous experience in performing surveys of existing building plumbing systems is desired.
