What We Do

Construction

Addressing critical infrastructure needs is complex and requires a construction management, administration, and inspection team with expertise and experience with the critical factors and details embedded in each construction project. Our Construction Engineering Services Team offers expertise, project-based experience, and the ability to work in partnership with project stakeholders and the impacted community to ensure projects are successfully and safely completed within budget and on schedule.

Our Project Managers, Resident Engineers, Inspectors, and Construction Specialists bring experience-based local knowledge and Best Management Practices to each assignment. We take pride in our ability to efficiently handle various-sized infrastructure projects. From bridges, roadways, trails, and buildings to ports, transit facilities, and airports, FPA’s Teams are tailored to handle individual local tasks, as well as county, state, and government agency level multi-disciplinary and heavy highway construction projects.

Our Team also offers expertise with federal and state-funded infrastructure projects, as well as FHWA and NJDOT grant experience, including preparing initial, construction phase, and closeout documentation to secure hundreds of millions of dollars in reimbursements.
