Today, we celebrate International Women in Engineering Day (INWED), a day dedicated to recognizing the remarkable achievements of women in engineering and inspiring a new generation of female engineers. This annual event, initiated by the Women’s Engineering Society (WES) in 2014, serves as a catalyst for promoting gender equality and diversity within the engineering profession.
This year marks the 10th anniversary of INWED, and the theme this year is #MakeSafetySeen. To learn more about WES and how you can celebrate #INWED2023, visit their website: https://www.wes.org.uk/
