Wayne Ingram, PE, PLS, PP, CME, Christopher Nusser, PE, PP and Denis Keenan, PE, CME, CFM recently attended the Metro Builders Awards of Excellence dinner to accept awards on behalf of two projects in which French & Parrello Associates (FPA) provided key engineering services.

The Royal Road Flex Space Project received the award for Best Engineering Design in Industrial/Warehousing category. Royal Road is a 150,000-square-foot flex space project that has been developed on a previously vacant site in Raritan Township. FPA partnered with client DMR Construction to complete this project, providing full-service design services that included obtaining the necessary variance and site plan approvals. The Royal Road Flex Space Project is now nearing construction completion and is expected to be finished this fall.

The Clinton Commons Moebus Property received the award for Best Residential Addition or Alteration Category ($200,000 – $350,000). The Moebus property is located along Route 31 in Clinton, New Jersey. The site is being redeveloped for a mixed-use commercial and residential project consisting of a supermarket, gas station, fast-food pad site, and 50 townhome units as part of an affordable housing settlement. FPA’s scope of services throughout this project included surveying, geotechnical services, and site planning towards obtaining variance, subdivision and site plan approvals.

Congratulations to Wayne Ingram, PE, PLS, PP, CME, and to everyone on the Royal Road and Clinton Commons project teams, on these accomplishments!
