Our Construction Engineering Department offers expertise, project-based experience, and the ability to work in partnership with stakeholders and the impacted community to ensure projects are successfully and safely completed within budget and on schedule.
Our project managers, resident engineers, inspectors, and construction specialists bring experience-based local knowledge and Best Management Practices to each assignment. Our team also offers expertise with federal and state-funded infrastructure projects, as well as FHWA grant experience, including preparing initial, construction phase, and closeout documentation to secure hundreds of millions of dollars in reimbursements.

In-House Materials Testing
For years, French & Parrello Associates’ (FPA) in-house AASHTO Accredited laboratory and team of certified technicians has given our clients a unique dual service that includes field testing and prompt test results that keep projects on time, within budget, and ensure the highest level of quality control.
Our lab has been accredited by the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Official (AASHTO) since 2002 and is also validated by the US Army Corps of Engineers. Our staff is proficient in American Society of Testing Materials (ASTM) methods, and carry certifications from the American Concrete Institute (ACI), the Society of Asphalt Testing (SAT) the National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies (NICET), and the Department of Consumer Affairs (DCA).
