Zachary Williams, PE Joins FPA’s Bridge Discipline
French & Parrello Associates (FPA) is pleased to welcome Zachary C. Williams, PE, as a Project Consultant in the Bridge Discipline.
Mr. Williams brings more than 19 years of experience in structural engineering, civil engineering, and project management. Throughout his career, he has managed a wide range of bridge and critical infrastructure projects, including bridge and culvert replacements, structural repairs, and bridge inspections.
In his new role, Mr. Williams will lead bridge and transportation infrastructure projects throughout New Jersey, overseeing work from planning and design through permitting, bidding, and construction support. He will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and quality, while working closely with state, county, local agencies, and other public-sector clients. Mr. Williams will also mentor staff, contribute to proposal development, and help strengthen client relationships while supporting the continued growth of FPA’s Transportation Organization.
Mr. Williams is a licensed Professional Engineer in both New Jersey and New York, and holds a Master of Engineering in Engineering Management from Stevens Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from the University of Delaware.
