The new Administration building is a 2-story structure with approximate 34,000 square feet of office space. FPA was engaged as a subconsultant for HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire protection, and Structural Engineering services of the new Building. The HVAC systems include central chillers and boilers with adequate capacity for redundancy. The building is fully sprinklered and provided with stand-by generator for the entire facility. The data center server room fire suppression was designed via a clean agent Novec 1230 system.

Emergency power was provided by a natural gas generator. Fire alarm, security and IT data and voice systems designed for the entire building. Public annunciation system throughout the building and a dedicated audio-visual system was designed for the training room.
