FPA 2026 Winter Office Olympics
From February 2 through February 6, FPA hosted its own 2026 Winter Office Olympics at Wall HQ, bringing the energy and spirit of the Winter Olympic Games in Milan, Italy into the workplace. The weeklong event reflected FPA’s ongoing commitment to fostering teamwork, collaboration, and a strong sense of community across the firm.
Throughout the week, employees competed in a series of themed competitions designed to encourage collaboration and friendly competition. Events included Monday’s Snowball Race, Tuesday’s Hockey Curling, Wednesday’s Penguin Waddle Relay, Thursday’s Target Shooting, and Friday’s Marshmallow Tower Building, followed by a celebratory Closing Ceremony. Each competition provided teams with an opportunity to work together, strategize, and support one another.
The 2026 Winter Office Olympics were a great success, and we are proud of the enthusiasm and team spirit demonstrated throughout the week. We look forward to continuing to create opportunities that bring our people together and reinforce the culture that drives FPA forward.
