Interns at FPA: Christopher Moren
As National Intern Day approaches, we’re continuing our spotlight series highlighting some of the students currently in the Internship Program at French & Parrello Associates (FPA). National Intern Day, held on July 27th is used as an opportunity to acknowledge and recognize the future leaders of our world. Through this spotlight series, we mean to highlight our appreciation for the Interns at FPA and all the hard work they do.
Christopher Moren is an Intern in FPA’s Marketing Department. Christopher is a Senior at Ramapo College of New Jersey where he is pursuing a degree in Communications. After graduation in the Spring of 2023, he plans on pursuing a Master’s Degree in Business.
What has been your greatest takeaway during your Internship at FPA so far?
Hands down my greatest takeaway while working at FPA has been the experience of working in an office environment and learning under the wing of my bosses. Learning how to approach everything with caution to avoid things like copyright when creating content has been a huge lesson for me when I do my writeups for FPA.
What would you say is the best thing about interning at FPA?
The people. It truly feels like a family environment at FPA every time I come into the office. Each day I am so excited to work with some of the nicest people I have ever met. I feel like everyone is rooting for the interns to not only do the best they can, but to learn how their departments work. The people I have met at FPA have acted as mentors for me throughout the first major step of my career and have only given me the ability to excel with each task I am assigned.
What career path do you hope to take after graduation, and why?
After graduation and hopefully getting my masters, I hope to continue my journey at FPA and begin to build more connections through each lesson I learn. I have already learned so much about Marketing in my short time here at FPA, and I am beyond eager to learn more about how much more in depth our department goes.
