Newark, NJ, February 11, 2026 – French & Parrello Associates (FPA) is excited to announce that Jeffrey R. Betz, PE, MBA, CME has joined the firm as the Manager of Municipal Services for Northeast New Jersey. Based out of FPA’s Newark, New Jersey office, Mr. Betz will be overseeing all municipal projects and clients in the region, as well as managing a highly qualified team of technical staff.

Mr. Betz is a municipal engineering executive with over 30 years of experience leading public-sector infrastructure, utility, and land development programs. He specializes in the delivery and management of complex, multi-disciplinary, multi-consultant municipal engineering initiatives, including water, wastewater, stormwater, roadway, and public facility projects. He has served as Township Engineer for multiple municipalities, provided technical leadership to county and municipal clients, supported Land Use Boards, and directed the design and implementation of residential and commercial development projects in both the public and private sectors.

He is known for building high-performing technical teams, guiding public agencies through regulatory and funding processes, and delivering infrastructure programs that are fiscally responsible, resilient, and community-focused.
