Stefanie Williams Presents at NJSME Institute
Stefanie Williams, PE, CME, a Project Manager in French & Parrello Associates’ (FPA) Civil/Site Discipline, led a seminar at Rutgers University for the New Jersey Society of Municipal Engineers’ (NJSME) Municipal Engineering Institute. As both a Certified Municipal Engineer and a member of the NJSME Advisory Board, Stefanie presented on one of her areas of expertise, Tier A Stormwater Compliance, to participants in the Certified Municipal Engineer (CME) course.
The Certified Municipal Engineer Program provides specialized training for engineers working with municipalities. Participants study key topics such as stormwater compliance, land use, and infrastructure management, earning the CME credential to recognize their expertise in municipal engineering.
Ms. Williams manages day-to-day activities for several municipalities from FPA’s Hackettstown office. Her work spans construction management, capital project design, board reviews, and stormwater Tier A compliance programs. Stormwater compliance is a critical component of municipal engineering, helping communities manage water quality, reduce flooding risks, and meet state and federal regulations. She currently serves as Municipal Engineer for Hope Township and Hardwick Township and provides consulting engineering services to additional municipalities across Warren, and Morris.
