The NJSBA Workshop 2025 is the largest professional development training conference for school officials in New Jersey. The event brings together thousands of school leaders, education professionals, and influencers to engage in training sessions, networking, and discussions focused on educational advancement. The theme for this year’s event is “Your Ticket to Big Ideas and Bright Futures,” which highlights encouraging students to “think big” and chase their dreams – no matter how distant they may seem.
