FPA Wraps Up Staff Appreciation Week 2025
Last week, French & Parrello Associates (FPA) celebrated another successful Staff Appreciation Week with five days dedicated to recognizing the talent, commitment, and hard work of the employees who drive the firm forward. The dedication, expertise, and professionalism demonstrated each day form the foundation of the company’s work and reputation, and taking time to express appreciation is one meaningful way to acknowledge that continued effort.
The week featured a variety of gestures designed to energize, support, and celebrate employees. Highlights included made-to-order omelets, a visit from the Steady Hand Café mobile coffee cart, and chair massages, simple but thoughtful touches that added enjoyment throughout the week.
FPA concluded the celebration with the annual Milestone Ceremony and Luncheon, honoring meaningful career achievements and the long-term commitment of many team members.
