FPA Project Featured by New Jersey Infrastructure Bank (NJIB)
French & Parrello Associates (FPA) is proud to announce that the Brookside Main Street Improvements Project in Mendham Township, New Jersey was recently featured on the New Jersey Infrastructure Bank (NJIB) website on January 7, 2026. The feature highlights Mendham Township’s 2024 roadway improvement efforts and the successful use of NJ Infrastructure Bank and NJDOT funding to deliver critical transportation improvements while reducing costs for taxpayers.
FPA was retained by Mendham Township to provide roadway improvement design, permitting, stormwater management, and construction administration services for East and West Main Streets within the Brookside neighborhood and Historic District. The project focused on the milling and paving of the roadway, along with targeted infrastructure upgrades to improve safety, accessibility, and long-term performance. Portions of the project were funded through NJDOT and NJ Infrastructure Bank Transportation Program financing, which provided approximately $1.3 million in low-interest loans, resulting in an estimated $313,272 in taxpayer savings over the life of the loan.
