FPA Ranked #12 by NJBIZ Best Places to Work
French & Parrello Associates (FPA) has been ranked #12 in the Large Company category of NJBIZ’s 2026 Best Places to Work in New Jersey!
The Best Places to Work in New Jersey program recognizes companies throughout the state that demonstrate a commitment to their employees’ growth and quality of life. The program evaluates company practices, programs and benefits while also gathering confidential feedback directly from employees.
This year’s recognition marks an exciting milestone for FPA. For the first time, the firm has moved into the Large Company category, which recognizes organizations with 250 or more employees. The move reflects a period of significant organic growth for FPA, as the firm has continued to expand its team, capabilities, and presence to support a growing portfolio of projects and clients. Throughout 2026, that momentum has continued with new professionals joining teams across the firm’s offices and technical disciplines. Reaching the Large Company category is an important reflection of how much FPA has grown, while earning the #12 ranking in its first year in the category makes this year’s recognition especially significant.
The final rankings were announced during the NJBIZ Best Places to Work awards celebration at iPlay America in Freehold, where Chief Administrative Officer Julia Moroney, PCM, PMP accepted the award on behalf of FPA.
