Jersey City’s Central Avenue Featured in ASHE Scanner
We are excited to share that French & Parrello Associates (FPA) and its client, The City of Jersey City, have been featured in the Fall 2024 edition of the ASHE Scanner, the official publication of the American Society of Highway Engineers (ASHE). The feature focuses on FPA and Jersey City’s work on the Central Avenue Streetscape Improvement project.
FPA spearheaded the ambitious streetscape improvement project, located within the Central Avenue Special Improvement District of The Heights neighborhood of the City of Jersey City. This multifaceted endeavor encompassed design, construction administration, and inspection services, resulting in a remarkable transformation of the urban landscape. The project has been the recipient of multiple industry awards, including the 2024 ACECNJ Grand Honor Award, and a 2024 NJSPE Meritorious Public Project Award.
