French & Parrello Associates Acquires CEC Engineers
Wall Township, New Jersey, August 11, 2026 – French & Parrello Associates (FPA) is pleased to announce that it has acquired CEC Engineers, a New Jersey-based structural engineering firm. The acquisition represents an important step in FPA’s continued strategic growth, strengthening the firm’s structural engineering capabilities while expanding its presence in the New York metropolitan market. By bringing together the experience, client relationships, and technical resources of both organizations, FPA will be positioned to serve a broader client base and pursue larger, more complex assignments throughout the region.
