At French & Parrello Associates (FPA), we believe a fulfilling workplace is built on a culture of connection, engagement, and inspiration. That’s why we created the FPA Office Book Club, an employee-led initiative that brings colleagues together through shared stories and meaningful conversations.
More than just a reading group, the book club fosters personal enrichment, team bonding, and fresh perspectives beyond the workplace. Whether you’re a casual reader or a literary enthusiast, there’s always room for you in the conversation.
Each month, employees—whether in person or virtually—gather for lively discussions, thought-provoking debates, and book recommendations. The lunchtime meetups provide a relaxed space to chat about favorite (and not-so-favorite) moments from the month’s selection. Afterward, members suggest new titles, and a club-wide poll determines the next book.
This month marks the club’s one-year anniversary, with 12 books read and countless ideas exchanged. Over the past year, it has explored a diverse range of stories that sparked engaging discussions, strengthened workplace connections, and cultivated a growing community of readers eager to explore new ideas.
