FPA Celebrates the Start to Summer
On Thursday, May 21st, employees of French & Parrello Associates (FPA) gathered at Tim McLoone’s Supper Club in Asbury Park, New Jersey, for the annual Summer Kickoff Party. Colleagues from across offices and departments came together to enjoy great food, conversation, and the start of the summer season.
The Summer Kickoff Party highlighted a tradition deeply valued throughout FPA. Off-site events especially provide employees from across offices and departments with the opportunity to connect, socialize, and build lasting relationships outside of their day-to-day work. Fostering a workplace culture that employees are happy to be a part of is a core value at FPA, and events like these help turn that commitment into reality.
