Holly McCarthy Named a Rising Star in 2025 NJBIZ Leading Women in Business Awards
French & Parrello Associates (FPA) is proud to announce that Holly McCarthy, Marketing Coordinator, has been recognized as a Rising Star in the 2025 NJBIZ Leading Women in Business awards program.
Formerly known as the NJBIZ Best Fifty Women in Business, the program was expanded in 2024 to honor a broader group of outstanding professionals making a meaningful impact on business in New Jersey. This year’s more than 60 honorees represent a diverse range of industries including finance, health care, law, education, and technology.
The Rising Star distinction celebrates up-and-coming leaders who demonstrate exceptional promise, leadership potential, and the drive to shape the future of their industries. Holly joins a select group of high-achieving professionals recognized for their early contributions and long-term potential.

Holly is a graduate of the University of Scranton, where she earned both a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and a Master of Business Administration (MBA). Since joining FPA in 2023, she has played an important role in supporting the firm’s marketing efforts, while consistently demonstrating the values that define FPA’s culture and mission.

The 2025 NJBIZ Leading Women in Business honorees will be celebrated at an awards ceremony on August 19th at The Palace at Somerset Park.
