Julia Moroney Named Chief Administrative Officer at French & Parrello Associates
Wall Township, NJ, June 8, 2026 – French & Parrello Associates (FPA) is proud to announce that Julia Moroney, PMP, PCM, TDM-CP has been named the firm’s Chief Administrative Officer (CAO).
In this role, Ms. Moroney will lead FPA’s newly-formed Corporate Shared Services organization, which includes Marketing, Business Development, Human Resources, Information Technology, and Facilities. By aligning the people, systems, processes, and operational functions that support the business, Corporate Shared Services will strengthen collaboration, improve efficiency, and provide the infrastructure needed to support FPA’s continued growth and long-term strategic objectives.

With more than 15 years of experience in the AEC industry, Ms. Moroney has built a strong track record of leadership across operations, business strategy, and organizational development. Since joining the firm in 2017, Ms. Moroney has played a pivotal role in advancing strategic initiatives at FPA. Throughout her tenure, she has helped strengthen internal operations, foster organizational growth, and support the company’s long-term vision.

Ms. Moroney holds a Master of Arts from Monmouth University and a Bachelor of Arts from Stockton University. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Professional Marketer (PCM), and Transportation Demand Management Certified Professional (TDM-CP). In 2021, she was recognized as one of NJBIZ’s 40 Under 40 for her professional achievements and contributions to the industry.
In addition to her work at FPA, Ms. Moroney serves on the Ocean County College Foundation Board of Trustees and the ACEC New Jersey Women in Engineering Committee, where she supports leadership development and industry advancement.
